We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account offering weekly home time, competitive pay, and consistent freight throughout the Midwest region.

Drivers on this account handle touch freight deliveries with strong weekly earning potential and accessorial pay opportunities.

Pay Information

CPM Structure

• 0–11 months: $0.82 CPM
• 12–23 months: $0.83 CPM
• 24–35 months: $0.84 CPM
• 36+ months: $0.85 CPM

Additional Pay

• $245 per unloaded trailer
• $70 per backhaul
• $25 per stop

Average All-In Pay

• Approx. $1.80 all-in CPM including:
  • mileage pay
  • stop pay
  • unload pay
  • accessorial pay

Freight Details

• 100% touch freight unload
• Deliveries to retail store locations
• Average 800–1,000 miles weekly

Training

• 2-day ride-along training after orientation
• Paid at $150 per day

Schedule

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Weekends are not guaranteed
• Drivers must be available Sunday through Saturday
• Workdays vary depending on delivery schedules near the driver's home area

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A tractor trailer experience required
• Must meet hiring and safety requirements
