Position Overview

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account offering strong weekly pay, consistent freight, and weekly home time.

Drivers on this account average two loads per week with multi-stop deliveries throughout the Midwest and surrounding states.

Position Highlights

• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Average weekly pay: $1,825
• Average annual pay: $95,000
• Dedicated account
• Consistent freight
• Modern equipment including Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
• Delivering freight in IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, CO
  

Pay Details

Mileage Pay

• $0.75 CPM regardless of experience

Additional Pay

• $285 full trailer unload pay
• $20 per stop
• $50 per backhaul

Average All-In Pay

• Approx. $1.18 all-in CPM including:
  • mileage pay
  • stop pay
  • unload pay
  • accessorial pay

Freight Details

• 100% driver unload freight*
• Freight unloaded box-by-box using rollers
• Average 2 loads per week
• Average 3–5 stops per route

Training

• 1-week ride-along training after orientation
• Paid at $150 per day

Schedule

• Early morning deliveries
• Night driving required
• Drivers must complete 10-hour break prior to unloading
• Night, weekend, and holiday deliveries may be required

Mileage

• Average 1,500 miles weekly

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• 3 months minimum class A experience required
• Must meet hiring and safety requirements
